Key Responsibilities

- Conduct open homes for lease
- Carry out private and virtual inspections
- Process and assess tenancy applications
- Prepare ingoing condition reports and manage tenant handovers
- Logging and processing maintenance jobs
- Tracking and finalising maintenance requests
- Related reports and communications
- Support and Training provided

This role is ideal for someone who: · Understands and enjoys the Real Estate Business

· Eager to complete all tasks in a timely manner

· Ability and equipment to be able to work from home

· Communicates confidently in English (additional languages are a plus, but not essential)

· Is available to work on weekends if required

· Has a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

· Has full working rights in Australia

· Well-organised, proactive, and enjoy working with people

· Is abreast of all Fair Trading requirements

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Minimum Assistant Agent Licence (All licence levels will be considered)
- Minimum 1+ years experience in Sydney metro residential property management
- Must have an eye for detail and be highly organised
- Robust time management, scheduling and email management
- Proven maintenance management experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Property Management Software
- Current Software PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
- Ability to work independently
