? 2-Month Contract (with strong potential for an ongoing role)
BULLS EYE CAPITAL – Buyers Agents is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Purchase Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a sales role. Instead, you’ll be responsible for managing the client journey from contract exchange through to settlement, ensuring every purchase progresses smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Coordinating residential property purchases from contract exchange to settlement
✔ Liaising with clients, selling agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, building & pest inspectors and property managers
✔ Managing critical milestones including finance, valuations, inspections and settlement
✔ Maintaining accurate records in Zoho CRM
✔ Following structured systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
✔ Providing outstanding communication and client service throughout the transaction
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
3-5+ years’ experience in Australian real estate administration, buyers agency,
conveyancing or property transaction coordination
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho experience is an advantage)
