Working within a task-based structure, you'll have the support and systems in place to focus on delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
The Role
- Manage rent arrears, NCAT matters, and insurance claims
- Handle complex tenancy issues and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the wider property management team to deliver outstanding service
About You
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
- Experience managing rent arrears, NCAT matters, and complex tenancy issues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Vietnamese or Chinese language skills are highly regarded but not essential
