About the Role We're seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a professional and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a clean, well-managed portfolio of approximately 136 properties, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

With modern technology, established processes and a collaborative team behind you, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 136 residential properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and manage lease renewals.
- Monitor rental arrears and ensure compliance with Queensland legislation.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.




- Work collaboratively with the wider property management team.

About You To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience managing your own residential property portfolio.
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Ailo (or similar property management software) is highly regarded.
