As our rent roll continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager/Property Officer to join our dynamic Property Management team.

About the Role

As a Property Manager/Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio while providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You'll work alongside a supportive team with access to modern systems, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- An experienced and confident Property Manager with strong industry knowledge.

- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet deadlines and KPIs.

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.

- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.

- A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.





- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

- Motivated to grow professionally and develop their career with Uniland Real Estate.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or Class 1 Real Estate Licence.

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.

- Experience liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and service providers.

- Experience using PropertyMe (or similar property management software).

- Strong knowledge of rental arrears management and maintenance coordination.

- Experience preparing ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspection reports.

- Experience with NCAT tribunal preparation and attendance.

- Leasing and business development experience will be highly regarded.

- A current Australian driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
