Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential. Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.
You'll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 properties - giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!
Key Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
Communicate effectively with tenants
Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
Shift Details (subject to change): Monday to Friday
Office located in Sydney CBD Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: A current Property Management Registration
Hold a Class 1 licence
Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
