Role Description This part-time Property Manager role is a hybrid position based in North Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site work and work from home.

The Property

Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenancy management, routine inspections, coordination of maintenance and vacancy management.

Responsibilities include annual site inspections (Maitland to Wilton) managing lease documentation, monitoring rent and outgoings, responding to tenant and stakeholder enquiries, and ensuring properties meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. The role involves liaising with contractors and service providers, maintaining accurate records and property reports, and supporting budgeting and cost control.



Qualifications

Experience in property management or facilities management, preferably within commercial, childcare or disability accommodation settings.

Strong skills in tenant relations, stakeholder communication, and customer service, with the ability to handle enquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.

Proficiency in using property management software, spreadsheets, AI tools and digital tools to maintain records, track maintenance, and support reporting.

Knowledge of relevant property legislation, safety standards, and compliance requirements in NSW, or willingness to quickly learn and apply these.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities in a part-time, hybrid environment.

Sound problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and accountability.

Valid driver’s licence and capacity to travel to the office and sites when required.

Relevant qualification in property, real estate, facilities management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
