We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Property Manager to join our brand-new office in Calderwood. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team from the beginning, with a part-time role that has a clear pathway to full-time as the portfolio expands. What Success Looks Like for You

- You confidently manage your residential portfolio — staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
- You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants — clear communication, trust, and professionalism every step of the way.
- You stay on top of arrears, renewals, and lease management — no surprises, no last-minute stress.
- You conduct routine inspections with care — detailed reports, sharp attention to detail, and clear follow-ups.
- You handle maintenance issues smoothly — coordinating repairs, managing expectations, and keeping everyone informed.
- You manage terminations and attend tribunal when required — calm, prepared,



and professional.
- You oversee rental marketing when needed — making sure properties are presented and leased efficiently.
- You work closely with your Property Officer and team — sharing updates, supporting each other, and keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll Bring

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Reliable car + valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Great organisation and time management
- A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done
- A genuine passion for property management and people
