About this opportunity This position has opened up as a result of a current team member transitioning to maternity leave, making it a rare chance to step into a well-established and highly supported portfolio. Our client is ideally looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their Property Management career and keen to step away from your "traditional" property management model. Systems and processes within this agency are progressive.

With a dedicated assistant to assist with 50% of your workload, highly experienced and well-trained VA's at your disposal, this opportunity will allow you to build solid relationships with all of your Owners, Tenants and Contractors. Ideal Candidate

- A minimum of 12 months in a Property Management role confidently managing your own portfolio is ideal, along with a great attitude and drive.
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
- You will be required to hold a current Property Management registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this chance.
