Psychologist Contractor – CAC (NDIS Team)

We’re growing our NDIS team and are looking for a registered psychologist who enjoys working with children and their families. We are a leading, high‑quality Health & Rehabilitation Service Provider, and we’re expanding our exceptional network of professionals. The opportunity At CAC, we are expanding our exceptional NDIS team and are seeking experienced and enthusiastic psychologists to join us on a sub‑contract basis.

We have opportunities available across the Inner,



Eastern and Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne and we also welcome expressions of interest from professionals in Victorian regional areas, thanks to our strong national telehealth service delivery model. Your caseload can be tailored to your interests and experience, with opportunities to provide:

Paediatric therapy

Parent coaching (can be delivered via telehealth or in person)

Psychological and developmental assessments

Community and home-based therapy (eg. Schools, Kindergarten, Childcare)

You’ll work closely with families, educators and our multidisciplinary team to help children build the skills they need to thrive. Let’s talk about you We’d love to hear from you if you are:

Passionate about working with children and families.

Someone who enjoys working independently while staying connected to a supportive team.

Confident building strong relationships with families, schools and other professionals. You’ll also hold (or be willing to obtain):

AHPRA Registration

Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

ABN and insurances Experience with NDIS and paediatrics is highly desirable, and if you have experience in assessments or parent support/coaching, we’d love to hear about it. Just as importantly,
