Callan Painting & Decorating is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a qualified Painter & Decorator to join our close-knit, professional crew in Brisbane!

About the Role: You’ll work across residential painting and decorating projects around Brisbane, delivering top-tier finishes with a focus on customer satisfaction and pride in your craft.

Your day-to-day will include:

- High-quality painting & decorating on residential jobs
- Entering time and materials in our job management system




- Coordinating with our friendly office team on scheduling
- Communicating clearly with clients and teammates
- Upholding quality control and mentoring apprentices
- Representing our company with pride and professionalism

About You: We’re careful about who joins our team. Skills are important, but attitude is everything.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- ✔ Proven experience in painting and decorating
- ✔ A valid driver’s licence
- ✔ A current White Card (or ability to obtain)
- ✔ Ability to pass a National Police Check
- ✔ Confidence to liaise with clients
- ✔ Tech-savvy and able to manage job details digitally
- ✔ A positive, energetic attitude and team spirit
- ✔ Passion for doing high-quality work
- ✔ Willingness to grow professionally and support others
