About the role

We’re looking for a qualified, switched-on carpenter to join a high-performance framing crew at Curcio Constructions. This is more than just banging in nails, it’s about playing a key role in a company that values quality, precision, as well as efficiency.

You’ll be on the site daily, primarily guiding a team framing residential homes across Adelaide. But we’re also looking for someone who can lead, mentor apprentices, and manage site flow, troubleshooting, materials, and morale.

We are also moving into being a new home builder so occasionally there will be a range of general building works

What you'll be doing

- Primarily First fix carpentry.
- Reading and executing plans with precision and accountability
- Managing time, crew, and materials for smooth workflow
- Working closely with the team to deliver on schedule and above spec
- Teaching and upholding a high standard of workmanship
- Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and energy

What we're looking for

- Is a qualified carpenter (Cert III) with minimum 2+ years of solid on-site experience as a qualified carpenter after their apprenticeship. Ideally 5+
- Has framing experience and works efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Can lead by example and bring out the best in others
- Plans ahead, solves problems, and knows how to keep a job moving
- Takes pride in being on time, prepared, and professional
- Has a White Card, and active SA drivers license
