QUALITY ASSOCIATE - RELEASER – SLADE HEALTH, MOUNT KURING-GAI SYDNEY - NSW

- Professional career development opportunity in Quality – 12 Month Contract Position
- Shift hours 2 PM to 10 PM (subject to change)
- Monday to Friday and some weekends if required – Mount Kuring-Gai (Sydney), NSW Location

The Opportunity This role offers an exciting career and professional development opportunity into Quality to existing staff members with relevant experience. Reporting to the Quality Releasing Supervisor, you will work closely with operations to release batches, investigate quality events and ensure compliance to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Releasing of compounded batches.
- Participate in investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances, supplier and customer complaints.
- Participating in risk assessment, change control, validation,



internal audits, document reviews, CAPA and recall activities.
- Conducting and coordinating training on Quality procedures and requirements.
- Quality tasks as directed.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the site.

What we are looking for:
- Experienced in a sterile compounding environment
- GMP knowledge
- Competency in common IT software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio)
- Highly organized
- Tertiary qualification in a Science or relevant discipline
- Positive communication skills
