At Smart Pups Assistance Dogs, we are passionate about changing lives through the placement of specially trained assistance dogs for children and families living with autism, epilepsy, diabetes and other special needs. As a registered charity, our work is made possible through the generosity of supporters, volunteers, sponsors and our dedicated team, all working together to create life-changing outcomes for Australian families.

We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive receptionist in the role of business support to join our team at our headquarters in Verrierdale.

This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our organisation. As the first point of contact for visitors, volunteers, families and supporters, you'll help create a welcoming and skilled experience while providing essential administrative support across the business.

You'll assist with reception and enquiries, staff and volunteer onboarding, record keeping and compliance administration,



support community events and fundraising activities, and help share the stories and impact of Smart Pups through social media and website updates.

No two days are the same. One day you may be assisting with volunteer paperwork and welcoming visitors to our headquarters, while the next you could be helping coordinate an event, supporting a community activity, updating records or sharing the story of a life-changing assistance dog placement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, multi tasking, loves working with people and dogs, takes initiative and wants to be part of an organisation that makes a genuine difference in the lives of Australian families every day.
