ABOUT THE ROLE

Full Time | Monday–Friday | On Site

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our Administration Team at our Perth branch in Bibra Lake (6163). This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday and offering stability and variety with no two days the same. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. Ready to bring energy and precision to a fast-paced team?

What you will do

- Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day.

- Keep things moving – Manage incoming mail, coordinate couriers, handle data entry, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ready.

- Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time.

- Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs.

- Be the backbone – Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless admin support

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position





- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills

- Clear and effective communication skills

- Robust problem solving and conflict resolution skills

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
