The role You'll be joining an established desk with plenty of existing work while also having the opportunity to build your own client relationships over time. The market you'll recruit into is flexible, so we're open to speaking with recruiters from any sector or specialism.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Running interviews and managing recruitment processes
- Developing new business opportunities
- Growing your own desk with the support of an experienced team

About you

- Around 1-2 years' recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Enjoy building relationships with people
- Solid communication skills
- Motivated to develop your career and increase your earnings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
