What’s the role?

As Regional General Manager for Western Sydney, you'll lead our Commercial Banking teams across one of our most dynamic and diverse regions. You'll set clear direction, create momentum and build an workplace where people feel supported, accountable and proud of the impact they make for customers and communities.

You'll balance strong commercial outcomes with disciplined risk and compliance leadership, bringing together customer advocacy, performance and people leadership in a way that feels natural and purposeful. This is a role where visibility matters. You'll build trusted relationships with customers, community partners and internal stakeholders while empowering your leaders to grow and succeed.

This is a full time role based in Parramatta, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexibility in how and where work gets done.

What do I need?

- Experience leading commercial or business banking teams, with sound knowledge of credit, risk and compliance, balance sheet management and the ability to deliver results
- A customer first mindset with strong relationship building capability
- Proven leadership experience that builds engagement, capability and performance across a team of professional bankers
- Commercial judgement and confidence in decision making
- A collaborative leadership style aligned to our values and Code of Conduct
