Receptionist – SET Health

Mornington, VIC | Part-Time

SET Health Diabetes is looking for an enthusiastic friendly medical receptionist to join our supportive team who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

We are offering a casual position approximately 3 days per week, with additional shifts when other staff are on leave, and is flexible to increase their availability as the role evolves.

No late shifts or Saturdays.

The successful applicant must have excellent customer service skills, a high level of computer skills and the ability to multitask.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients—and our reception team plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Meet and greet patients

Answer all incoming phone calls

Scheduling Appointments, including recalls and reminders.

Processing patient details and payments

Assisting clinical staff with administrative tasks

Ensuring patient flow is smooth and managing the waiting room

General clerical duties including scanning, faxing and emailing





Opening and closing the clinic

General housekeeping duties

The enthusiastic candidate we are looking will have:

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills

- A positive "can do" attitude

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Attention to detail

- Excellent computer skills

- An understanding of GP Care Plans

- Be reliable and honest with a robust work ethic

- Familiarity with medical software Nookal

- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential. Training provided.
