About The Graduate Program

The Calvary OnePlus Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) is a 12-month structured program designed to support new nurses in developing clinical skills, knowledge, and professional confidence.

Program Highlights:

2 × 6-month rotations across areas such as:Medical and surgical wardsPerioperative servicesMental health0.8 FTE (minimum 32 hours/week)Opportunities to nominate preferred rotationsOptional exposure to critical care Support & Development:

Eligibility Criteria Mandatory:

Registered Nurse with AHPRA (or eligible by start date)Valid working rights in AustraliaNo prior participation in a graduate programLess than 3 months’ nursing experienceAbility to work minimum 32 hours/week

Desirable:

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamUnderstanding of the nursing processCommitment to professional development
