Full-Time Transcription Manager- On-Site- Perth

The Role

We are seeking a full time Monitoring Manager to work in CBD.

Lead and support a team of Court Monitors to ensure the delivery of high-quality recordings and annotations that support accurate transcript production. This role is responsible for workforce planning, training, quality assurance, equipment management, and stakeholder engagement, while working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Court Monitors through training, performance management and succession planning.

- Manage monitor rostering, resource allocation and recruitment activities to meet operational requirements.

- Oversee recording quality, annotations and monitoring performance to ensure high standards are maintained.

- Maintain monitoring equipment and recording technologies, making recommendations for upgrades and replacements as required.

- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with security, quality and operational requirements, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide real-time support,



administrative assistance and operational oversight as required.

What we're looking for

- Australian citizen or permanent resident

- Prior leadership experience preferred

- Court monitoring experience preferred

- Attention to detail with ability to cross check work

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Strong organisational skills with patience and focus

- Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week) Monday – Friday

- Ability to work in office
