Salt Property Group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Applecross.
This is an opportunity to manage a well-maintained residential portfolio within a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll be backed by administration, accounts and inspection support, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and proactively managing your portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own well-maintained residential portfolio from end to end, with administrative support to assist with day-to-day processing.
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants through proactive communication and professional advice.
- Ensure compliance with WA residential tenancy legislation and agency procedures.
- Build lasting relationships with owners while protecting and maximising the performance of their investment properties.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in residential property management, preferably managing your own portfolio.
- Current WA Property Management Registration and a valid driver's licence.
- A sound understanding of WA residential tenancy legislation.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience using Property Tree (or similar property management software) will be highly regarded.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and taking pride in your work.
