CBRE manages a premium portfolio of commercial and retail assets on behalf of IFM Investors, one of Australia's leading institutional landlords. We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Perth team and take on genuine portfolio responsibility across a mixed asset base.

Perfect for a property professional who's already working across leases, budgets and client reporting, and is ready for more ownership on a premium institutional account.

In this role, you will:
Act as a key point of contact for landlords and institutional stakeholders across a mixed commercial and retail portfolioManage lease administration, tenancy schedules and critical dates with precisionPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting across your assetsSupport rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings and negotiations alongside leasing and asset teamsMonitor outgoings, recoveries and cash flow, keeping a close eye on overall financial performanceConduct regular inspections and manage compliance obligations across the portfolio

About You




You're a property management professional who is comfortable owning a portfolio and working directly with clients. You understand commercial and retail leases, you're comfortable with numbers, and you know how to build relationships that last.
Property management experience, ideally across mixed commercial and retail assetsGood working knowledge of lease administration, budgeting and financial reportingComfortable managing client relationships with institutional landlordsA WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain oneOrganised, self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes across a varied portfolio
