Why You’ll Love This Role
As an Equipment Specialist, joining the team at our Queanbeyan branch, you'll play a vital role in helping clients find the right mobility solutions through hands-on equipment trials and demonstrations. Working closely with individual clients, their families and their therapists (OTs & Physios), you'll deliver customised mobility outcomes that make a real difference.
You will travel across Canberra, attending scheduled appointments in the community — including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity ideal for someone who is both compassionate and professional,
with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting personalised consultations with therapists and families
- Recommending mobility solutions tailored to individual client needs
- Scripting equipment as trialled and preparing accurate quotations
- Delivering and demonstrating equipment functionality
- Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and empathy at all times
- Fostering strong relationships in the community to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Meeting KPIs and sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or relationship-based role
- Mechanically minded and enjoy working with tools & equipment (advantage)
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex needs
- Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving equipment
- Current driver’s licence
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
