About the roleThis position will provide day-to-day administrative support to our advisers and client service team.
Duties may include:Preparing and maintaining client files and recordsAssisting with client paperwork, forms and applicationsLiaising with clients, product providers and other professionalsBooking appointments and managing adviser workflowFollowing up outstanding information and documentationAssisting with implementation of financial adviceGeneral office administration and support tasksHelping ensure client records and processes are accurate and up to date
About youThe successful candidate will be professional, friendly and willing to learn.
