We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Casual Fitness Receptionist to be the face of our gym. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating great member experiences, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming members with a smile and providing outstanding customer service

- Managing reception, phone calls, and enquiries

- Preparing and serving drinks and snacks from our café

- Building relationships with members and encouraging retention

- Assisting with membership sales and promoting our services

- Keeping the gym and reception areas clean, tidy, and inviting

- Helping create a fun, positive atmosphere every day

What We're Looking For

- A friendly, outgoing personality

- Excellent communication and customer service skills





- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people

- Confident using computers and learning new systems

- Ability to multitask in a busy workplace

- Reliable, proactive, and happy to work independently

- Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or gym experience is a bonus (but not essential)

Casual Position
2 Days Per Week (with the opportunity for additional shifts)
