About the opportunity

This position is based in our Adelaide branch. As our Service Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership to ensure customer and team satisfaction within the Adelaide branch.

Success in this role means ensuring the profitability and efficiency of the branch.

As a senior leader for the Adelaide branch, you’ll make an impact by:Developing, communicating and executing plans and objectives at a Service levelAssisting with the formulation and implementation of a strategic business plan for the branchAchievement of budget, profitability and growthDeveloping new business and customers within SADeveloping long-term relationships with clientsRepresenting the company at trade shows, conferences and industry functions Maintaining and growing our current customer base in the region
