With a strong pipeline of upcoming works and continued national growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from high-performing Project Engineers who want to own outcomes, influence delivery, and accelerate their career.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing technical and compliance requirements, and supporting efficient project delivery on site.

You’ll be embedded in complex civil and mining projects, taking ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across infrastructure, concrete, and mining services works.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Driving project delivery — safely, on time, and on budget

- Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to optimise sequencing and productivity

- Being the go-to for technical problem solving on site

- Managing documentation, QA, and compliance without losing sight of delivery

- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

- Identifying smarter, faster, more efficient ways to deliver work

What We’re Looking For

- A Civil or Structural Engineering degree

- 5+ years’ experience delivering real projects (civil, concrete, or mining)

- The ability to run multiple fronts and make decisions under pressure





- Strong technical grounding with a practical, get-it-done mindset

- Confidence communicating with crews, clients, and leadership

- A solid understanding of WHS, quality, and compliance requirements

Bonus points if you:

- Know your way around programming and project tools

- Have experience in remote or FIFO environments
