Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting children in their early years? My Kindy is seeking enthusiastic Lead & Assistant Educators to join our dedicated team at My Kindy Varsity Lakes.

What we’re looking for:

- A genuine passion for working with children

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

- Robust teamwork, communication, and initiative

- Reliability, positivity, and a caring attitude

- Demonstrated understanding of child protection legislation and reporting requirements

Your role will include:

- Supporting the lead educators in creating safe, fun, and educational experiences

- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Assisting in maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment

- Promoting My Kindy’s values of care, respect, and learning
