About the Opportunity Ready to leave school and start earning while you learn? CCGT is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator Trainee to join a well-established and supportive business based in Lisarow.

This is a full-time traineeship where you will be employed and supported by Central Coast Group Training (CCGT) while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations through structured on-the-job training.

Our host employer supplies educational resources, furniture and equipment to early learning centres across Australia. You will be joining a welcoming team setting where you can build real workplace skills, gain confidence and take your first step into the warehousing and logistics industry.

This prospect is ideal for someone starting out in the workforce who is reliable, hands-on and keen to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Working full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of warehouse and supply chain tasks.

Your duties may include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Stock control, labelling and organising products
- Learning to operate tools and equipment safely
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the team with day-to-day warehouse activities
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

This is a practical role that will involve manual handling, teamwork and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and ready to learn.
To be considered, you will need:

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport




- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical fitness and confidence with manual handling tasks
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Forklift licence desirable, but not essential

This role would suit someone who is motivated to start their career and keen to develop skills in warehousing, logistics and supply chain operations.
