Golf Car Solutions is looking for hands-on mechanic’s to join our small team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, and solving problems on the go. Ideal for experienced forklift, plant, or mobile equipment technicians looking for a change.
What the role involves:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical on electric and petrol golf carts
- Battery, motor, and controller troubleshooting
- Some light commercial vehicle repairs
- Keeping accurate service records
What we’re looking for:
- Solid practical mechanical experience (forklift, plant equipment, small engines, marine, or farm machinery all highly regarded)
- Good electrical knowledge is a big advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Valid driver’s licence (Rigid truck licence and forklift licence are bonuses)
- Reliable, customer-focused, and a good problem solver
No golf cart experience? No problem — if you’re a competent mechanic with a solid mechanical background, we can train you on the specifics.
