We specialise in the installation, maintenance, servicing, breakdown response, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our expanding Gold Coast team. An immediate start is available.
About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a diverse range of commercial HVAC equipment, including:
- Rooftop packaged units
- Water- and air-cooled chillers
- VRF/VRV systems
- Cassette units
- Split systems
- Ducted systems
- Mechanical ventilation systems
- DDC and BMS systems
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Identifying required repair works and preparing quotations on site
- Delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining strong safety standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Proven experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using app-based service management platforms
- The ability to prepare repair quotations on site
- Experience with chillers and controls (highly regarded but not essential)
Required Licences
- ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Queensland Restricted Electrical Work Licence
- Current Driver Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- QBCC Occupational Licence
