Lummier Health & Aesthetix fosters a cooperative workplace where ongoing learning and high-quality service are central to its approach.Role Description The Dermal Therapist will provide professional dermal and skin treatments, including advanced facials, peels, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures, in accordance with clinic protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough skin consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves educating clients on skin health, product usage, and post-treatment care, as well as performing treatment room setup, equipment cleaning, and adherence to infection control and safety standards. The Dermal Therapist will collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience, support retail product recommendations,



and assist with clinic-related administrative tasks as required. This is a part-time, on-site role based at Lummier Health & Aesthetix in Armidale, NSW.Qualifications Relevant qualification in dermal therapy, beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a closely related field, with competency in performing professional skin treatments.Strong client care and communication skills, including the ability to conduct detailed consultations and explain treatment plans and skin care regimes clearly.Knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and evidence-based dermal treatment methods, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.Demonstrated ability to follow hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols, including proper equipment handling and treatment room preparation.Experience working in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic environment, with the ability to manage appointments, record notes accurately, and support a smooth client journey.Comfort with recommending products and services in a client-focused, ethical manner, supporting the clinic’s standards and treatment outcomes.Strong attention to detail, reliability in a part-time schedule, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team on-site.
