- Provide efficient administration support across Wellbeing & Inclusion
- Part time 0.8 until 18 December 2026
- Geelong City Campus location

This role plays an important part in supporting the day to day operations of the Wellbeing & Inclusion team. You’ll help ensure processes run smoothly while contributing to services that support positive student experiences.

You’ll work closely with the disability support area with a strong focus on coordinating timetabling and rostering, along with providing general administrative support to the team.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate rostering and timetabling for our casual Student Education Assistant (SEA) workforce, ensuring timely and effective support for students
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Wellbeing & Inclusion team
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders—students, staff and support services—to problem solve and deliver great outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline processes for better service delivery

About You:

You’re organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely care about making a difference. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

You’ll bring:

- Strong administrative and coordination experience (rostering or scheduling highly regarded)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise, stay organised and manage competing demands
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of disability support and inclusive practices
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)




- A Certificate IV Community Services is advantageous

Salary Range:

PACCT Level 4- $71,946 - $76,010 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation

Part time 0.8 (25.6 hours per week) until 18 December 2026 – flexibility on days
