About the role
You'll work alongside our Property Management team to:
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections
- Respond to client enquiries
- Negotiate positive outcomes
- Deliver exceptional customer service
About you
You don't need property management experience, but you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Robust attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A positive and skilled attitude
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- Confidence working with people
- A willingness to learn and be coached
- Current driver's licence
Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, sales or similar roles will be highly regarded.
