About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting a range of occupational health assessments in a professional and client-focused environment, including:
- Pre-employment medicals
- Drug & Alcohol testing
- Spirometry and audiometry testing
- Health surveillance assessments
- Functional and fitness assessments
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with medical bookings and scheduling
- General administration support
- Medical quality checking and document review
- Following up outstanding medical information and reports
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure consistency and confidence in all assessment processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Degree-level nursing qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and cultural awareness
- Commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and best practice
- Good understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong computer skills and confidence using online medical platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience in occupational health
- Accreditation or experience in:
- Spirometry
- Audiometry
- Drug & Alcohol testing
