We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a Packaging & Assembly role. This is a full-time position offering long-term stability.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have previous experience in packaging and assembly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble manufactured products (both plastic and metal)
- Use hand tools, air tools, and cordless equipment with confidence
- Pick and pack orders accurately and consolidate pallets for dispatch
- Work with multiple departments to coordinate supply and shipping
- Ensure all tasks are completed to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
What We're Looking For
- Experience in assembly and packaging
- Competent with basic tools and equipment
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Forklift license – advantage
- Computer skills – advantage
- Trade skills - advantage
- Must have Australian work rights
