What You Will Be Doing

- Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Support company promotions and sales events.
- Coach and develop team members to drive performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world‑class standards.
- Drive Design Services business by motivating associates.
- Create a positive environment where associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People‑First Philosophy.

What You Will Bring To The Role

- Retail leadership experience, preferably in homewares or specialty retail.




- Passion for customer service and enhancing customers’ lives at home.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team to exceed goals.

- Proven success in achieving results independently and through others by creating teamwork spirit.

Physical Requirements

- Mobile within the store and back‑of‑house areas, including standing for long periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment to safety standards.
- Lift and mobilise medium to large items up to 30 kg using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
