Full-time | Office-based - North Sydney

- Entry-level Business Development Representative focused on outbound lead generation
- Work directly with senior account executives to qualify leads and book meetings
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach, follow-ups and data hygiene
- Receive structured training in sales techniques, product knowledge and objection handling
- Fast-paced role with clear performance metrics and commission upside
- About You
- Experience in sales, outbound sales, retail, or direct sales




- Confident and persuasive on the phone with robust written communication
- Highly organised, KPI-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment
- Completed a bachelor’s degree or a diploma (any discipline)
- Interest in B2B sales and growth mindset; coachable and resilient
