Reporting to the Senior Manager, Student Journey Marketing, you'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns that drive student acquisition, engagement and progression outcomes.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns across multiple markets and channels, ensuring strong commercial and customer outcomes.
This is a contract until July 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global student go-to-market campaigns aligned to strategic objectives and journey KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional campaign teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure campaign alignment and successful delivery.
- Partner with external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns to tight deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise using data and insights.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasts and financial processes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
About You
- Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM and customer journey marketing.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-market, multi-language and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Working knowledge of marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo and Sitecore.
