Training Specialist, ILS2

Location: Brisbane, Australia – Brisbane, QLD 4000 AU (Primary)

Summary

The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with critical, non-standard logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM, including directorates, subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and mission partners.

Specific Duties

- Delivers classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning for platforms, systems, subsystems, and mission operations
- Supports demonstrations, exercises, operator and maintainer interfaces, normal and degraded modes of operation, and partner familiarization with technologies, procedures, and mission considerations
- Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner-nation documentation, and tailored native-language support
- Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function

Required Qualifications

- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Must possess 7 years of relevant professional experience performing activities such as delivering work-related training and development programs, developing training materials and exercises, evaluating training effectiveness,



supporting demonstrations and operational systems training, and coordinating with Government, partner-nation, and mission stakeholders.

Clearance

Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

Travel

Some travel will be required.
