About the Role

The Anchorage Marine Team is built on people who are purpose‑led, customer‑centric and passionate about all things automotive. Your primary purpose is to provide quotations and secure New Business and Renewals for a variety of vessel types from runabouts to high value yachts and cruisers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with direct customer, insurance brokers and referral agents to support retention and growth




- Handle enquiries across our three channels of distribution, offering guidance on risk acceptance, bespoke quotes and renewals
- Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored insurance solutions
- Ensure underwriting rules and guidelines are consistently upheld
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm as a genuine boating enthusiast
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service, efficiency and processes

What You Bring

- Previous Pleasurecraft or Marine Underwriting experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance trading platforms experience is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A genuine passion for boats!
