What You’ll Do

This role blends business analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution design support and testing. At Manager level, it also includes requirements leadership, governance and mentoring. You may be involved in:

- Eliciting, documenting and validating functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Translating business needs into user stories, process maps, business rules, data requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Working with technical teams to support design decisions for low-code, workflow-driven and configurable applications.
- Contributing to requirements traceability, gap analysis, compliance matrices and client specification responses.
- Supporting user acceptance testing, defect triage, business readiness and implementation activities.
- Partnering with developers, architects, testers and delivery leads to ensure solutions are practical, deliverable and aligned to client outcomes.
- For Manager-level roles, leading requirements strategy and governance, managing senior client relationships and mentoring other analysts.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for capable business analysts who can work confidently with both business and technical stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable asking the right questions,



making sense of complex information and producing clear documentation that helps teams deliver.

Due to the nature of the work, you will hold, or be eligible to obtain, and maintain an AGSVA security clearance. Please note, eligibility for security vetting requires Australian citizenship.

In addition, to be considered, you’ll need

- Business analysis experience across ICT delivery, digital transformation or complex change programs.
- Experience gathering, documenting and validating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Solid workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping, business process analysis and requirements documentation.
- An understanding of Agile, hybrid or similar delivery approaches.
- For Senior Consultant level, the ability to work hands-on with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape clear, actionable requirements.
- For Manager level, experience leading or mentoring analysts, managing senior stakeholders and owning requirements governance across delivery engagements.

The following experience would also be highly regarded:

- Experience with low-code or configurable platforms such as WorQ, Power Platform, ServiceNow or Appian.
- Exposure to government tenders, compliance matrices,



bid inputs or formal requirements responses.
- Experience with case management, identity verification, payment integration or similar business systems.
- Business analysis certification, such as BABOK, IIBA or Agile Analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in APS, government or regulated environments.
- An interest in accessibility, privacy-by-design and responsible use of AI-assisted tools in delivery.
