We are seeking passionate Rehabilitation Consultants and Senior Rehabilitation Consultants who are looking to join supportive organisations, work with diverse caseloads, and build long-term careers with employers that value their expertise.

We are seeking roles for Rehab Counsellors, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists .

About the Role:

- Guide individuals through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs
- Deliver services across Same Employer and/or New Employer streams
- Conduct Functional Capacity, Vocational, and other workplace assessments
- Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders
- Attend case conferences and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Manage your caseload with autonomy and purpose

What you’ll need to be successful:

- Tertiary qualification in Rehab Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA registration
- Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
