Make a Difference Every Day as a Clinical Nurse in Community Services. BlueCare is embarking on an exciting transformation to strengthen the provision of quality nursing care in the community setting. As part of our clinical nursing team within our neighbourhood structure, you will have a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.

Responsibilities

- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
- Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
- Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing career development
- Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional Minimum)
- Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work
- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
- Confidence to manage conflict,



pressures and competing priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
- Previous community nursing experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable
