We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the effective management of Baldivis Stockland Shopping Centre, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites.
- Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality‑check works.
- Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site.

Qualifications

- Experience in facilities, works coordination and scheduling of contractors/internal trades.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound knowledge of WH&S; and compliance requirements.
- Confident communication skills with contractors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer‑based scheduling systems.
