Role Description The Registered Land Surveyor will perform day-to-day surveying tasks for residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.

Responsibilities include conducting Engineering Surveys

- House Setouts
- Construction Setouts
- Civil Works
- As-Constructed
- Contour and Detail Surveys and Cadastral Surveying
- Identification Surveys
- Subdivision Surveys
- Commercial Lease Surveys. The role involves working closely with project managers, planners, engineers,



and designers to support projects from initial concept through to completion. The surveyor will ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality control procedures while maintaining clear documentation and records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, requiring regular fieldwork and office-based processing and coordination.

Qualifications

Robust competency in Land Surveying and Surveying for a range of development projects.

Experience with Topographic Surveys, including data collection, mapping, and interpretation.

Proficiency in using Total Station equipment and related field instruments.

Skills in Building Surveying, including construction set-outs and compliance checks.

Registration or eligibility for registration as a Land Surveyor in the relevant Australian jurisdiction.

Proficiency with survey and CAD software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar), and GNSS/RTK systems.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work safely in field environments.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
