- Provide expert advice on Australian visa and migration pathways.
- Prepare and lodge visa applications, submissions, and appeals.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws and policies.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with MARA regulations and legal ethical standards.
- Assist with business development initiatives to expand our client base.

What We're Looking For

Registered Migration Agent (MARN Holder)/ Immigration Lawyer (Admitted to practice in Australia).

- Multilingual a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian migration law.
- Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclasses.

Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored visas, general skilled migration, family visas, and business visas.

- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
