As a Registered Nurse at Australian Community Aged Care, you will provide high quality, person centred clinical care to older Australians living at home. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor health outcomes, and work closely with consumers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure protected and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments and reviews

Monitor consumer health and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Experience in aged care, community care, or healthcare
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate and professional approach to care
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
