About the Role You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care, coordinate services to meet individual patient needs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that promote safe, effective healthcare outcomes.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and commitment to person-centred care.
- Robust communication,
problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Flexible, innovative and committed to continuous learning and quality improvement.
