Description

About The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Woollahra and other areas across Sydney NSW.

You will

- Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes, including individual case management.





- Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.

- Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.

- Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.

- Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

Skills And Experiences

What You'll Need:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

- Recent Experience in Haemodialysis

- Australian Working Rights

- Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives

Willingness to complete:

- Police Check

- Working with Children’s Check

- Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record

- Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
